At our company, we carefully listen to the on-site conditions and needs of our customers to propose the most suitable work platforms and stepladders for each task. With products that combine safety and ease of use, we help prevent workplace accidents and maximize work efficiency.
We also visit customer sites to inspect the condition of work platforms and scaffolding with a professional eye. Regardless of the manufacturer, products are evaluated based on their wear and tear—such as dents or instability—using a three-level rating: Good, Fair, or Poor. If severe deterioration is found, we ask that the product be taken out of use immediately. However, replacement decisions are left to the customer based on a detailed inspection report provided later. We also offer recommendations to support any replacement decisions.
